Payment policy
Bank transfer payments are accepted. All goods are shipped only after payment has been received.The transfer will take approximately seven working days. The customer will receive notification of the transfer via email from our bank account. Please contact our customer service if you require to make a payment with credit card.

Submitted orders
We remind customers that once an order has been submitted it cannot be altered or cancelled by the customer. In the event of an error customers must contact us with the amendments at: drg@dellaroccagioielli.com within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Shipping policy
All deliveries are made using an insured shipments service. Every shipment is insured to the value of the transported goods.We will do our utmost to assure a rapid delivery time.
All delivery costs will be automatically calculated by weight, value of goods and destination.
All goods are shipped from our headquarters in Bologna,Italy.
Orders destined outside of Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country for which della Rocca Gioielli Snc takes no responsibility. Such charges must be borne by the recipient.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract to purchase within 7 days from day of receipt of goods. Please return any items without damages, blemishes or scratches along with their original packaging including protective plastics and hang tag.The customer is liable for all return shipping costs and must ensure the item is fully insured.
